Jana is an amazing au pair, and we have really appreciated her help since she started with us. It was never going to be an easy job with 3 kids under 5 with the added complexity that this includes 2-year-old twins and a dog who is like the 4th child!

But she rose to the challenge and has made our life so much easier especially as my husband and I are both working. She manages to take care of the twins, takes them to the playground, library, mainly music, and sometimes does the school drop off or pick up with our eldest Freddie up (all with twins in tow).

She does all of this while keeping the house spotless for when I return from work, washing hung out and folded, and even manages to prepare dinner. Not only that, she will then takes the dog for a walk to the beach. She genuinely cares about the kids, and I can see she makes a real effort to make life easier for us.

She is very reliable and is always accommodating if we ever need to change her hours unexpectedly, which we seem to need to do often with school holidays or work commitments .

She has been with us just over 6 Months now, and we will miss her a lot when she departs at the end of April.
