Our team will always go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction and deliver the best possible service.

If, within a 6 week adjustment period, both the host family and Au Pair Link’s representative determine that the au pair is not a good fit for the family, or if the au pair withdraws from the program for reasons unrelated to the host family, we will provide a replacement as soon as possible.

We will offer you a selection of suitable replacement candidates based on the information in your Host Family Profile, as well as any other criteria you may provide.

In the rare event of a reassignment, repatriation, or withdrawal, we cannot guarantee continuous childcare between the original au pair’s departure and the replacement’s arrival. However, we will work to ensure any gap is minimal.

We understand that even with thorough planning and support, things don’t always go as expected.

All long-term placements (6 months or more) come with a 4-week guarantee. If a placement ends before or during this post-arrival guarantee period, we will offer one free replacement au pair search. If we’re unable to secure a suitable replacement within 30 days of notification, you have the option to discontinue the search and request a refund under our fair refund policy. Please note, the refund policy applies only to the initial placement.
