Once enrolled, you gain access to your own online account where we help you connect with families interested in your profile. You’ll also find helpful documents, videos, and guides to support you throughout the program.

We want you to feel prepared from day one. That’s why we provide a hands-on training program, covering essential childcare practices, along with a certified St John First Aid course focused on children’s safety.

Being an au pair in New Zealand is more than just working with a family — it’s about creating friendships, exploring New Zealand, and making lifelong memories. Throughout your placement, you’ll be invited to fun and exciting events where you can meet other au pairs, discover new places, and share your experiences.

To make your arrival stress-free, we’ll arrange an airport transfer to your initial accommodation in Auckland, where you’ll have time to rest and recover from your travels before starting your adventure.

Before heading to your host family, you’ll stay in a comfortable Auckland accommodation, giving you time to settle in, meet other au pairs, and get familiar with your surroundings.
